I'm a big fan of the Fil-A.......they have some good chicken. I especially like the spicy crispy chicken sandwich, or if I'm eating healthy, the grilled chicken san or the Chicken & Fruit Salad. I also like how they will substitute for the fries in the combo if you are trying to watch what you eat. Only downside...they need to open on Sundays. I realize it's a day of prayer, but don't they realize people still need to eat?

I ordered a 8 piece chicken nugget meal and I got 7 pieces only. Really??? Great first and last impression of this location.

This location is shady. They offer free breakfast sandwiches on Tuesdays in Aug. Have it on the sign, but take it down on Tuesday, put it back up on Weds. I have an Alist card and my receipt showed that it didn't scan, but they denied that. The food is usually warm, but you can tell its been sitting in the warmer. They need to take notes on the Chesterfield location. The employees are friendly and polite. They treat their customers with respect and go above and beyond in their family nights and with Alist guests. No other cfa does that. We know, we go several times a week.

I love Chicfila but this is a horrible location. they have messed up my order 5 times in the last 3 weeks. And I just went through the drive through and they messed my sandwich again. So I told them they messed it up the gave me another sandwich loaded with pickles when I said I wanted only peperjack cheese. So They wasted 3 sandwiches then the manager refunded our order. But he came out with an attitude and said "what more do you want me to do?" Completely disrespectful. I will never be going to this Chicfila again. Ron "the manager" (9 years of service") was a complete dick to me and my brother. Your job is not that hard make the sandwich correct. This location needs a serious overhaul with their employees.

Super busy almost all the time! Not my favorite in the chain, but closest to me. Food is good...service is quick. The only reason they don't get more than 3 stars is it is so hard to find seating unless you are lucky.

The chicken is always top notch and the sauces even better! It is one of the best places to take your family for dinner. The environment is always great from the friendly and courteous staff to the pristine maintained restrooms.

As for fast food this is a great place....Service is better than most, including high end places. Expect long lines, but it still doesn't take long. The best part for me - it's a faith based company - Christ come first. They are not open on Sunday.

I got the wrap and asked for no lettuce. They said that they are premade. Yuck. The wrap was stale and the whole thing fell apart. Very expensive for what you get.

I have heard so much good about Chick- fil- A that we decided to try them out after running some errands after work today. We were definitely there before the dinner rush. We were there @ 4:30. There were a lot of employees working @ the time. Customer service was pretty good. Everyone was pleasant enough. After we ordered our food the food was ready before we even got to the table. That should have brought up a huge RED flag! The food was majorly sanbagged. That means that food is prepared way ahead of time in order to be able to handle the crowd. I would rather wait for freshly cooked food that to be served immediately & have inferior food. The waffle fries were cold. The chicken sandwiches were soggy. On the plus side they have rootbeer!!!!! It was nice to have someone to offer to refresh our drinks. I will take Jack in the Box ANY time over Chick - fil -A.

Chick Fil A is top notch in my book. The service is great, and the food is even better. Although the lines are long, they move fast. I like the guy at the end of the drive through that waits outside to give you your condiments too. Its the little things I like about the experience too. When you say thank you, they say "my pleasure". They are always super friendly and someone waits on your table to throw away trash and even refill drinks. Love it.
